The invitations I ordered were beautiful, nicer than I could ever anticipate. However trying to get assistance from customer service is near to impossible. The phone lines are never opened, I literally have waited for over 40 minutes each time I've tried to call. So beware if you need to speak to someone in regards to your order forget it.

The printing was clear and beautifully arranged. One issue you have to use google not internet explorer as your browser, this should be noted when trying to place your order.

About the Product
The invitation was very classy looking and the colors were sharp. I was afraid the black might look faded, but it was perfect. The lace dress on the front and the image of the lace on the printed side of the invitation looked real. I ordered the invitations on a Monday and had them by the end of the same week. I couldn't have shopped for anything nicer and printed them myself in that amount of time.
About the Print
The printing was nice, but I would have preferred a smaller font so I could fit a little more information on the invitation. Perhaps that was an option, but I didn't see it anywhere.
