Design Notes
Invite family and friends to celebrate the bride-to-be with this Mediterranean-themed shower invitation! A classic combination of lemons and blue tiles. This style is popular all over Italy, such as in Positano on the Amalfi Coast, Tuscany, Sicily, and the islands, as well as areas of Greece, Portugal, and Spain. The front of these cards is decorated with a frame made up of different Italian tiles, all in a navy blue and yellow color scheme. The text appears in chic hand-lettered script calligraphy and elegant serif typography. The bride's name appears in light blue. We have chosen to showcase the name in lowercase letters, but this can easily be changed. To get the venue name and RSVP slightly larger than the rest of the shower details, we used all caps. Perfect for a spring or summer event. A citrus theme is great for cocktails (such as mimosas and lemon drops) or refreshments, displays, and botanical decor, or simply to add a sunny touch to your event! On the back of the cards, there is a pretty pattern of watercolor lemons, leaves, and flower blossoms. To get started changing names and event details, click on "Personalize this template" and edit the wording in the template boxes. To access the more advanced editing tools, scroll down to "Click to customize further". Once you are in Zazzle's design tool, you can edit fonts, placement, color, sizing, and more! Just note that "bridal" cannot be edited as it was hand-written.
